All of our tequilas are hand-crafted, small-batch, and estate-grown. The blue agave is sustainably cultivated with organic principals in the Los Altos Highlands of Jalisco, using natural volcanic filtered mineral water from our own well.

When smelling it, it reminds us of the sweet tones of cooked agave, intertwined with herbal tones and fruity notes such as pear, apple or lemon, which are the typical characteristics of the highlands region.
As a result of the art and science of our distillation, the taste is sweet, delicate and harmonious. Ideal to be taken alone and slightly cold to perceive its entire personality.
Reposado
Aged up to 6 months in Kentucky whiskey barrels. Notes of citrus, caramel, and spice, with a long finish
This reposado of bright yellow straw color, with golden hues, has the subtle aroma of floral and fruity tones such as roses and ripe pineapple, cooked agave and a honey finish thanks to an excellent distillation work. The carefully selected maturation in the barrel brings out its delicate tones of vanilla and caramel and a touch of wood. Turn the glass slowly, let the air come into contact with this reposado and obtain those wonderful touches of nobility that remind us of the region of the highlands.
In the mouth it is elegant and silky. Ideal to whet your appetite or accompany a good talk.
AÑejo
Aged up to 14 months in Kentucky whiskey barrels. Notes of Vanilla, caramel, and oak. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
It has a beautiful amber color with orange hues, with a powerful body that slides slowly from the walls of the glass; result of a selection of barrels. Smelling it reminds us of cooked agave, floral tones and delicate hints of fruit. The barrel gives it aromas and subtle flavors. In the mouth, it is a powerful silk that leaves its great personality in its wake.
Excellent to finish a meal or to enjoy for the sheer pleasure of it.
Don Chencho
BLANCO AND REPOSADO
With decades in the cultivation of agave, the Don has acquired an unmatched ability to select the best harvest, with the perfect level of maturity. The hearts (piñas) of the plants are baked in brick ovens to extract the sweet nectar, which is then fermented and distilled, only twice, in stills to preserve the essential character of the raw agave. A mineral thermal water 400 meters underground supplies the whole process.
Slide the tequila into the glass and notice the thickness of the aromatic oils (tongues), which little by little make their way down into the glass.
Then proceed to enjoy the aroma and flavor of Don Chencho blanco or reposado.
